The sound sessions are deeply relaxing.

The vibrations of the instruments and vocal toning are calming and meditative, gently bringing the body into a relaxed state. This state of relaxation and calm can carry on quite a while after the session. Participants have said that they slept much better following an individual session or group sound bath.  Many have reported greater mental clarity and decision-making ability, or improved joint mobility and pain relief.  An improvement in overall mood and patience level is also very common.

 *how comfortable and relaxed the person is in the session environment
 *how open the person is to receiving this treatment and allowing the vibrations to enter their physical body and subtle energy field
 *how the general group vibrations are affecting their individual body or energy
 *how ready/willing they are to release energy blocks that may have been building up over a period of time
 *what their physical and subtle energy bodies need at that time.
